Mary's flight arrived at 8:00, we got to the airport at 8:30, she came through Migration at 9:00, we had coffee and were on the TGV heading to Bordeaux at 10:16! The train was fast, smooth and quiet. We arrived in Bordeaux around 2:45 and has a very short time for lunch and settled for pizza at a restaurant across from the station. I think they used tomato soup for the tomato sauce. Enough said.
The TGV to Toulouse was great. Our hotel is in a village outside Toulouse and nothing was open for dinner except a pizzeria ?! It was fabulous with paper thin crusts and interesting toppings.
What kind of flower is this? I think I have seen them in white.
